Chimera Chassis Sprues redux.

You'll remember this, of course.

So not poo-pooing the naysayers, but look what arrived today:

Which is nice, the first three of what will hopefully be many.  £32 for three, certainly better than buying a huge number of Chimerae and ending up with a huge pile of bits left over.

  1. Is that the version that you had to build the wheels for the tracks even though you could hardly see them once the tracks were -painstakingly- added?

    1. Nah, the new ones. I now jealously horde my dwindling stock of 'spare track wheels' for stowage.

    1. Go to 'Let-the-dice-decide', click on the Rhino chassis sprues (left and right) and you'll be offered the 'email me when they're back in stock' option. Which then should give you the jump over your competitors ! I suppose you'll just have to keep and eye on the postage vs the cost of buying one locally.

  4. Is that a one off Customer Service to you or are they planning to expand the option to all?

I have an Earthshaker cannon after a chassis.

  5. Sweet! That is very handy for combining non GW parts. How willing were GW to do the offer?

  6. I don't know if my words had any effect on GW; the sprues are from 'Let-the-dice-decide'; so GW has at least released some to third party retailers. Although they only do so in limited numbers. And I bought them all. Soz. But it does prove that the world is flat, n'est pas ?

    1. Ah...still better than having a stash of spare parts. I stare at my bitz boxes and wonder if and when I'll need all the extra
